We are based in Surry Hiils , Australia but we ship internationally also. That’s right – every country in the world! Shipping will be the fastest to the Australia, United States, Canada and Europe. We can always provide tracking for orders from Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada and United Kingdom

How can i change my shipping address?

Please Send us an email at sales@myloufy.com within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours if the item is shipped to your given address. Myloufy is not responsible for wrong shipping after the time period. If the shipment is returned to Myloufy the customer will have to pay second time shipping fee.

How long will my package take?

This depends on the product ordered and where we are sending it to. All items are fulfilled from our warehouses located in Australia. All of our Items are custom handmade. so we appreciate your patience in advance.

Parcel will USUALLY take 10-21 business days, from the date of shipping for your order to arrive, but PLEASE allow up to 2-3 weeks due to high demand.
